We developed an advanced AI chatbot, named George AI, for our client, a senior insurance leader responsible for training and assisting their team. Earlier, the client used to conduct frequent Zoom training sessions and prepare extensive documents to train their team. This process was time-consuming and often led to repetitive questions from the agents. George AI addresses these challenges by delivering instant, accurate responses to common queries, reducing the need for frequent live training sessions.

We employed GPT 3.5 and GPT-4o to train George AI, ensuring it could accurately understand and respond to a wide range of questions from insurance agents.

Also, our team created a script that can be used to integrate George AI into the client's existing web infrastructure or just anywhere.

Continuous Learning : It was a challenge to enable the AI to learn from new data and feedback without requiring significant downtime or manual intervention.

User-Friendly Admin Interface : Developing an interface that allowed non-technical users to update and manage the chatbot's knowledge base and responses easily was also a challenge.

SOLUTIONS

We integrated an automated feedback mechanism that allowed users to rate chatbot responses. This feedback was used to continuously retrain the AI model, improving accuracy and relevance over time.

We also allowed the client to upload new training documents, update existing ones, and modify pre-stored questions and answers.
