This conversational AI application brings buyers and sellers on one platform, for selling & buying property respectively. It provides an end-to-end service from understanding buyer’s preference for properties to schedule a property visit for him.

Project Overview

Our team at Biz4Group has developed this modern property management platform. It is an AI-based solution that acts as a one stop solution for buyers and sellers in real estate business. Features like Map View, Property Details, Schedule Visit, Chatbot Interaction, Dashboard for buyer and seller, Buyer/Seller Selection Screen are some of the exceptional aspects of this project. Additionally, the buyer is given the opportunity to filter his options for selecting a property, for example – understanding of the budget, location, and other preferences through conversational AI application.

Chatbot Interaction

This conversational AI chatbot serves both seller and buyer. It guides the buyer by asking interactive questions to understand his preferences, and show matching properties accordingly, whereas to seller it guides on how to list the property and show its preview too.

Account Management

The feature of Account Management is provided to both, the buyer and the seller. Both are provided with their respective dashboards, wherein they can register and login using their name, email address, and created passwords.

Schedule Visit

The buyer can schedule a visit to the property of his choice. He simply needs to provide his name, e-mail address and mobile number on the dashboard, allotted to him.

Developing an Advanced Chatbot & Create Property Database

Challenges

As a developer team, providing assistance to both buyers and sellers through a chatbot, so that no human intervention is required was an imperative hurdle to cross.


Providing overall Property structure plan, i.e floor plan, dimensions, etc was one of the significant parameter to include in Homer AI application.

SOLUTIONS

Personalized Recommendations – Training chatbot to ask buyers for their preferences, such as location, budget was one of the methods to provide filter while showing property to buyers.

Advanced Filtering – Moreover, buyers can also use chatbot to apply filters like Price Range, Number of bedrooms, etc.

API Development – Our team has used FastAPI to fetch and deliver property structure plans, to the Homer AI application. Additionally, we have also created endpoints for retrieving specific property plans, listing all available plans, and more.

Providing Advanced View & Seamless Listing of Property

Challenges

Nowadays, buyers prefer to take a 3D view of the property before actually going and visiting them. Therefore, providing 3D view of the properties was an imperative aspect to include in Homer AI.


One of the major concerns was to make it easier for sellers to list their properties on Homer AI, without any hassle.

SOLUTIONS

Our developer team has integrated 3D modeling tools as a part of the solution to this. The team has used libraries like Three.js to render 3D models with the application.


User-Friendly Interface - To make it a seamless process, our team of expert developers has developed an intuitive design that guides sellers step-by-step, through the property listing process.

Drag-and-Drop Functionality – Also, the team has implemented drag-and-drop features for uploading property images and documents.
