Handling Complex Recruitment Management

Managing recruitment on multiple platforms including ZipRecruiter and Indeed was one of the essential challenges that required job postings, that are both coherent and candidate matching enabled by AI.


Ensuring Scalability

Designing a backend architecture that could sustain rising amounts of employee data, transactions, and real-time interactions, particularly during busy times, was the obstacle.


SOLUTIONS

The team created an application using Node.js and a microservice architecture, centered on events that takes advantage of Google Cloud Pub/Sub to synchronize job postings, in real time over multiple platforms.

Effective scaling of the architecture while maintaining system performance was a main priority in the design process, for the team.

Data Security for Employee Information

A competent security framework was essential for employees’ sensitive data, consisting of personal and performance information. Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and shielding against possible breaches has become one of our foremost concerns.


Real-time Performance Analysis

A key technical issue was to create a system that could manage real-time performance data, for hundreds of employees, with minimal server overload.

SOLUTIONS

Focusing on both, encryption and secure user access protocols was important for the team.

The team built a scalable solution using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), capable of processing real-time performance data for hundreds of workers without overwhelming server performance. The platform dynamically scales with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to handle fluctuations in data load, ensuring smooth operations even during peak times. We also implemented caching mechanisms to improve data retrieval speed and reduce server strain.
