The Challenge

Healthcare has become a rising concern today, especially during the ongoing global pandemic that affected millions of lives worldwide. People have become more concerned and therefore want to stay informed about their health. With his own eCommerce web app, the client wanted to ensure that people no longer need to wait in long queues at the hospitals and clinics to get their health checkup done. Instead, they can order at-home test kits and get themselves checked from the comfort of their home. The test kits are more reliable and hassle-free, offering a simple and accurate way of monitoring health status without having to turn up to healthcare centers and labs.

Users can easily collect their test sample and ship it back to a certified laboratory for an in-depth medical diagnosis. Users also get to subscribe to the test kits on quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis to ensure regular health checkups. Once the users collect the test sample, they need to ship it back to a certified laboratory which then delivers a complete test report. Registered users are also notified about the test report generation which they can easily view through the user panel of the website. With accurate and timely health results at hand, patients can easily seek follow-up treatment, thus preventing further medical complications.
