The client faced several efficiency and operational challenges while training their insurance staff.
Old method of training took a lot of time and did not fit the current schedules of an agent dealing with insurance business.
By insisting on doing face-to-face training for its employees, the client incurred high costs.
There was an issue with the Training Quality part of the research where there are no standard returns in the quality of Training offered in different sessions.
On this aspect, ‘‘On subjects concerning Teaching, Agent’s stated that access to training materials was inadequate especially when needed on the move.’’
Recording and evaluating the effectiveness of agents on the field and the results was difficult and can prove to be time-consuming.
Updating all the agents on the newest policies and procedures of the insurance was very challenging.
